Biography
Lonnie is a Principal at SJT Group and has been in public accounting since 2000. Lonnie has dedicated his public accounting career to working with tribal governments, tribal enterprises, tribal casinos, as well as nonprofit organizations. Lonnie specializes in providing audit services to his clients, including audits of federal awards under the Uniform Guidance, as well as audit preparation services, preparing IRS Form 990 for non-profit organizations, monthly bookkeeping and accounting assistance, and internal audits.

Albuquerque, New Mexico
What did you want to be as a kid?
A professional basketball player, hopefully playing for the Detroit Pistons. I was a huge Pistons fan as a kid and loved the Bad Boys of the late 80’s. Unfortunately, I stopped growing in height in the 8th grade and I never had any speed or leaping ability, among other things.
What do you like doing for fun (outside of work, of course)?
Spending time with my family (we have 4 mostly wonderful kids), being outdoors, and pretty much all sports, both watching and playing.
