What's the most interesting thing you've learned working in a CPA firm?
Starting out in public accounting I never envisioned how helpful and critical a CPA firm is to our clients. Clients really need a good CPA partner to help navigate due dates, compliance requirements, critical reports for bankers, grantors, fundraisers, management and their governance leaders. Helping clients navigate all this well and knowing you are part of the team is very rewarding.

What's your favorite part about working with clients?
Establishing close relationships and this starts by showing our clients that we care, we will work hard for them and that they can rely on us. So many of our clients work so hard to do good things for the community, society in general, and I love being part of that and supporting their goals and missions.

What do you like doing for fun (outside of work, of course)?
Anything with my family, gardening, camping, watching sports.
